Dot Robinson, First President of the Motor Maids and a true Steel Cowgirl!!!

Dot Robinson, the first president of Motor Maids, opened doors on 1941 for women riders in the competition arena. Dot was a competitor in endurance runs in the 1930s, ’40s and ’50s. Unfortantely attempts were made to prevent her from competing. But she persevered, was allowed to compete, making it possible for other women to race in later years…oh yeah, she also rode a pink Harley.
